I use a shared web hosting service for my website. Recently, the site was hacked and a phishing file was injected into the structure. I have changed passwords and the ISP removed the bad files and sent me a nasty note telling me I needed to update third party codes on the site. (I do not know exactly what this means as I am an amateur at this). the strange thing now is that my entire site is not accessible to me using any browser anywhere. I have three computers and all cannot access. stranger is the fact that others can access the site just fine. Any ideas of what this could be. the ISP told me it is my problem. I have done all the steps within my skills level, cleared cache, re set router. Any ideas? I can still access the site only through FTP. thanks!
